Privacy Policy
1. Who We Are
Wayline is operated by Isomer Holdings Limited (company number 16358058), registered at 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU. We are the data controller for personal data processed through the Wayline platform.
2. What We Collect
We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, organisation), building data you add to the platform, wayleave request details, RAMS documents, agreement records, and payment information processed via Stripe. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and device information.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to provide and improve the Platform, process wayleave agreements, collect and distribute fees, perform AI-powered RAMS reviews, send notifications about requests and agreements, and communicate service updates. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data on the basis of: contract performance (providing the Platform services you signed up for), legitimate interests (improving the Platform, preventing fraud), legal obligations (tax, regulatory compliance), and consent (where you opt in to marketing communications).
5. Data Sharing
We share data with: the other party to a wayleave agreement (Landlord or Operator) as necessary to facilitate the agreement process; Stripe for payment processing; Supabase for data hosting (UK/EU servers); Vercel for website hosting; and Plausible for privacy-friendly analytics. We do not share data with advertisers.
6. Data Retention
We retain account data for the duration of your account plus 12 months. Wayleave agreement records are retained for the term of the agreement plus 6 years (in line with UK limitation periods). You can request deletion of your account data at any time.
7. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, erase your data (subject to legal retention requirements), restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@wayline.uk.
8. Cookies
The Wayline marketing site uses Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track personal data. The Wayline application uses essential cookies for authentication and session management only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
9. Children
The Platform is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Platform.
